Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Refunds:

In the event of a manufacturing defect or receipt of an incorrect product, the Company will bear the costs of return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. For orders that have already been dispatched, cancellation will occur only after confirmation from the shipping company.

Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging items, unless the item has a confirmed quality issue or was incorrectly shipped, in which case we will bear the shipping costs.

Exclusions:

Returns or exchanges do not apply to products that have been damaged, misused, or altered after delivery.

Product Inspection:

The Company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange request.

Documentation:

Please keep your original invoice or proof of purchase handy, as it is required for any return or exchange request.
